1. Use of the Little Legends and Me App. You may not incorporate any portion of the  Software into other programs or compile any portion of it in combination with other programs, or otherwise copy (except to exercise rights granted in this section), modify, create derivative works of, distribute, assign any rights to, or license the app in whole or in part. Little Legends and Me App is the property of Little Legends and Me and protected by international copyright laws.

2. Use of Third Party Services. When you use the Little Legends and Me App, you may also be using the services of one or more third parties, such as a wireless carrier, internet provider or an app platform provider (Google and Apple). Your use of these third party services may be subject to the separate policies, terms of use, and fees of these third parties.

3. No Reverse Engineering. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble, tamper with, or bypass any security associated with the Little Legends App or Website, whether in whole or in part.

4. Updates. We may offer automatic or manual updates to the Little Legends and Me App at any time and without notice to you.

5. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, service, Terms and Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

6. You may post reviews, comments, photos, videos, and other content; other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights (including publicity rights), or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable, and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam" or unsolicited commercial electronic messages. You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. Little Legends and Me reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content.

7. If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant Litlle Legends and Me a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, perform, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant Amazon and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Little Legends and Me for all claims resulting from content you supply. Little Legends and Me has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. Little Legends and Me takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.

8. All content included in or made available through any Little Legends and Me and the Little Legends and Me App, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software is the property of Little Legends and Me or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content recorded video or still images derived from the augmented reality is subject international copyright laws and requires attribution to the author ©K.M Young 2020.

9. Use of the Little Legends and Me App Service may require compatible devices, Internet access, and certain software; may require periodic updates; and may be affected by the performance of these factors. Little Legends and Me reserves the right to discontinue the Little Legends and Me App without notice. The latest version of required software may be required for certain transactions or features. You agree that meeting these requirements is your responsibility. 

10. Little Legends and Me does not guarantee the Little Legends and Me App will be free from loss, corruption, attack, viruses, interference, hacking, any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the third party service discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your device, computer, or loss of data that results from the download of any product we provide to the App Store and Google Play. You further acknowledge that this augmented reality app shows animation in real life surroundings and adult supervision is required. The user(s), namely the adult needs to be solely responsible and assess the risks of looking through the camera, and to be aware of the surroundings to minimise any risk or danger. Little Legends and Me are not liable

11. When downloading the Little Legends and Me App, understand the terms and conditions of Google Play and the App Store which the app is hosted upon. When you use Little Legends and Me App created by Little Legends and Me, you may be required grant certain permissions to use the camera to us for your device so the augmented reality may operate.
